TOMCO Production Services Ltd. is looking to add to our growing team and fill a full time OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR/ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE position at our Grande Prairie branch.

Duties Include but are not limited to:

- Handling a variety of daily accounting tasks in all areas of the office accounting systems (Excel, SAP, and Zoho)

- Field tickets

- Client billing for Accounts Receivable





- Scanning reports

- Responsible for verifying and clearing deliveries in our SAP system

- Accurate and timely data entry

- Financial record maintenance

- Preparing reports

- Assisting other admin with completing tasks and daily admin duties

- Answering phone calls and assisting front end staff
