Wolf Creek Building Supplies is looking for a hardworking, reliable, and experienced Lumberyard Associate to join our busy team in Sylvan Lake, Alberta.
We are seeking a motivated individual who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and can thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading building materials
- Picking and preparing customer orders accurately
- Assisting customers with material pickups
- Organizing and maintaining yard inventory
- Keeping the lumberyard clean, safe, and organized
- Operating forklifts and other yard equipment as required
- Delivering building materials when needed
Qualifications
- Previous lumberyard or building supply experience preferred
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions
- Forklift experience is an asset
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence required with Q endorsement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Work Schedule
- Full time, permanent position
- Monday to Saturday schedule, with one scheduled day off during the week
- No Sunday work
- Primarily outdoor work environment
