We’re looking for an Industrial Project Manager with a civil engineering background and at least 5 years of relevant project management experience to lead steel and prefabricated steel building projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

- Own your projects: Manage scope, budgets, schedules, and resources from project award through final handover.
- Bring the team together: Coordinate clients, engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and site crews.
- Build from the ground up: Oversee site preparation, grading, drainage, concrete foundations, anchor bolts, and site servicing.
- Keep construction moving: Coordinate steel fabrication, deliveries, and erection to meet project milestones.
- Work through the details: Review drawings, specifications, and shop drawings, and resolve questions with the appropriate professionals.
- Stay ahead of challenges: Identify risks early and address scheduling, procurement, and construction issues.
- Keep everyone informed: Lead project meetings, track progress, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Finish strong: Coordinate inspections, deficiencies, closeout documents, and project turnover.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and project requirements throughout construction.

What You Bring





- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in industrial or commercial construction.
- A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience with structural steel, prefabricated steel buildings, or pre-engineered metal building systems.
- A solid understanding of civil works, concrete foundations, structural drawings, and steel erection sequencing.
- Confidence managing budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and subcontractors.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build productive working relationships.
- A practical approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

An asset: P.Eng., EIT, or PMP designation; design-build experience; and experience coordinating permits, inspections, and steel building manufacturers.

Pay: $100,000.00-$135,000.00 per year
