Drumheller Western is a current Western apparel brand built for people who actually live the life: rodeo, ranch and the open Alberta country. We launch in spring 2027, and we need the person who'll make the brand look and feel real, then put it in front of the right people.

What you'll do

- Own our Instagram from day one: build the launch grid, post regularly and grow a real community.
- Create media with a camera and AI tools, including photo and video edits, AI-generated and enhanced images, short-form video and concept content.
- Run our athlete and influencer program: find rodeo contestants and creators who fit, reach out, send gift kits, manage deals and follow up.
- Show up at rodeos, Stampede and other events to make content and build relationships.
- Work with our photographers and videographers on big shoots, including a spring 2027 ranch shoot.
- Keep a content calendar tied to product drops and the rodeo season, and report what's working.

What you bring

- A real connection to Western,

rodeo or ranch culture. You know the difference between authentic and costume.
- A portfolio of social content you've made, including work done with AI tools.
- Experience with creator or influencer outreach, partnerships or community building.
- Comfort with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, Adobe or CapCut, and current AI image and video tools.
- You're organized, self-directed and happy owning results on a small team.
- You're based in Alberta, or willing to be, and able to travel to events.

Nice to have: a rodeo network, photography skills, Shopify experience, or apparel or fashion brand experience.
