The Brooklin Group is hiring dedicated Snow Removal Labourers for seasonal winter work with potential for year-round employment in landscape construction.
- Operate specialized equipment including snowblowers, snow rators, and salt spreaders.
- Shovel snow manually from walkways, access doors, and pedestrian areas.
- Apply de-icing materials to ensure safe, clear, and accessible conditions.
- Coordinate operations with dispatch and site supervisors for efficient plan execution.
Requirements
- Weather Endurance:
Must be capable of working outside in winter weather conditions for long periods.
- Flexibility: Must be available 24/7 on short notice to respond to winter weather events.
- Safety: Robust understanding of safety protocols and situational awareness.
- Traits: Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
