Job Overview

Our employer partner is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Customer Service & Sales Associates to join their seasonal team in Toronto's Downtown location.

This exciting opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy providing exceptional customer service, engaging with customers, and assisting with sales in a fast-paced retail environment. Associates will help create a memorable shopping experience while promoting and selling a wide range of merchandise and retail products.

This is a seasonal contract position beginning November 12, 2026, and continuing through January 2027.

Duties

- Welcome customers and provide a positive and engaging shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product selection, purchases, and general inquiries.
- Promote and recommend merchandise to meet customer needs and support sales goals.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.




- Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is organized and fully stocked.
- Assist with receiving and replenishing inventory as required.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Support the team during busy holiday periods and special events.

Requirements

- Previous customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented with the ability to engage customers and recommend products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability to work:
- Mornings
- Afternoons
- Evenings/Nights
- Weekends and Holidays
- Reliable and able to commit to the full seasonal contract period.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Start Date: November 12, 2026

Duration: Seasonal contract (approximately 3 months, through January 2027)

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
