Customer Experience Manager

Lead the team that turns first calls into long-term customers.

Buzz Boss is growing, and we’re looking for a Customer Experience Manager to lead our inside sales and customer service teams.

This is a hands-on leadership role with real influence. You’ll develop people, improve sales performance, strengthen customer retention, and help shape how we serve customers as we grow.

You won't just manage a department.

What You'll Do

- Lead, coach, and develop our inside sales and customer service teams
- Improve sales conversion, follow-up, and customer retention
- Build a positive culture with clear expectations and accountability
- Coach calls and help employees become stronger communicators and problem-solvers
- Ensure customers receive clear, consistent information about our services and pricing
- Handle escalated customer situations and help prevent avoidable cancellations
- Use customer and performance data to identify problems and opportunities
- Work closely with operations to improve the customer experience from start to finish

What We're Looking For

You're a people leader who enjoys building teams and improving results.

Ideally, you bring:

- 3+ years of leadership experience in customer service, inside sales, or a customer-facing environment
- Experience coaching and developing employees




- Solid communication and problem-solving skills
- Confidence handling difficult customer and employee conversations
- Comfort using customer management, phone, and reporting systems
- A strong sense of ownership and follow-through

Experience in home services, pest control, HVAC, plumbing, lawn care, or another recurring-service business is an asset, but we're more interested in finding the right leader than someone who checks every box.
