Tile & Grout Restoration Technician
Greater Victoria, BC · Full-time, permanent · Mon–Fri days · Start January 2027
GroutLab is a new specialist service restoring tiled showers and bathrooms in people’s homes: grout, silicone and sealant, done properly. We’re hiring our first field technician, who will help set the quality standard and can grow into a lead role as we add people.

What you’ll do
- Remove and replace grout, silicone and sealants
- Prep, clean and finish tiled surfaces to a high standard
- Make minor tile and grout repairs
- Assess each job and tell the customer when it isn’t right for us
No plumbing, electrical,
demolition or renovation. We handle sales, quoting, scheduling and admin. You do the craft.
You’ll need
- Several years of hands-on trades experience (tile, grout, caulking or finishing is ideal; strong adjacent trades considered)
- Real attention to detail and pride in a clean finish
- Friendly, professional and explicit with customers
- Valid BC driver’s licence
- Comfort working independently in customers’ homes
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
