Job Overview

As a Team Member, you’ll contribute to a welcoming, organized workplace by completing shared tasks reliably and communicating clearly with colleagues and customers. You’ll help the team stay coordinated and support a positive experience for the people it serves.

Duties

- Handling walk in customers and make their orders for shawarma/plate/bowls/poutines etc
- Back duties of prep and stock and washing and cleaning
- Complete assigned tasks carefully, follow established procedures, and keep shared work areas orderly.
- Communicate updates, questions, and relevant information clearly so colleagues can coordinate their work.
- Respond to requests respectfully, provide helpful information, and direct questions to the appropriate teammate when needed.

Requirements

Required: Clear communication, patience, accurate recordkeeping, and basic computer skills are practical capabilities for completing tasks, responding respectfully, and keeping information organized. Preferred: Previous customer service experience in a restaurant/shawarma is helpful, along with a cooperative approach, dependable follow-through, and a willingness to learn store procedures. These strengths support consistent service and effective coordination across day-to-day responsibilities.

Pay: $17.95-$18.00 per hour
