Canadian Coil Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our growing manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for assembling custom coil products according to engineering drawings and specifications, operating manual Flexpander equipment, and contributing to a safe, efficient, and high-quality production environment.

Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment, including assembly and fabrication machines to facilitate the manufacturing process.
- Assist in the heat transfer coil manufacturing operations, ensuring that all products meet quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas to comply with manufacturing best practices.
- Monitor processes for efficiency and report any mechanical issues or malfunctions.
- Conduct basic math calculations and read production drawings to ensure accurate product measurements and conformity.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining a safe working environment.
- Interact with production software to record production progress and project completion.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing is essential. Experience with machine operation is preferred.
- Familiarity with production and assembly processes is a plus.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow process and safety protocols diligently.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurement, fabrication and assembly .
