Production Assistant

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Assistant to join our team. As a Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are fabricated, packaged, and sanitized according to food safety standards.

Responsibilities:

- Fill and package products according to production guidelines
- Complete daily cheese care tasks
- Wash and sanitize work areas and equipment to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Skills:

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Familiarity with the food processing industry
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating quantities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Work Conditions

- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Able to handle repetitive movements for long periods of time
- Exposure to equipment, sharp tools, use of ladders (heights)



and high temp heating in environment.
- Overtime as required .

5 x 8 hour shifts 9:30am-5:30pm

or 4 x 10 hour shifts 7am-5:30pm
