The Construction Helper supports day-to-day building, repair, and installation work under the direction of the project team. This hands-on role involves preparing work areas, handling materials, assisting with construction tasks, and keeping tools and sites organized. Work may span different trades and project stages, offering opportunities to contribute across diverse tasks. Your impact: dependable site support helps crews complete work safely and keep projects moving.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and clean work areas, move materials, and organize hand tools and power tools for crew use.
- Assist with carpentry, handling external installation material
- Cutting and lifting materials according to given instructions
- Help gather measurements and material details for construction estimating, and maintain orderly, safe work areas.
Experience
Required: Practical ability to handle hand tools and power tools, follow instructions, and support physical construction tasks with care. Preferred: Construction experience and familiarity with vinyl sidig and all other extrior siding materials , gutter ,downpipe , sindeck vinyl etc, or heavy equipment operation.
Pay: $19.42-$29.88 per hour
