Location: Etobicoke, ON
Salary: $90,000 - $105,000

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor with blow molding experience to lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is a newly created role where you'll be responsible for improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and building a structured preventive maintenance program. This is not a desk job. You'll be actively involved on the production floor, troubleshooting equipment, supporting repairs, and leading by example.

Responsibilities

- Lead and support daily maintenance activities.
- Build and implement a preventive maintenance program.
- Troubleshoot and repair blow molding and production equipment.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and automated systems.
- Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Manage maintenance schedules, spare parts, and CMMS activities.
- Partner closely with production to keep operations running efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

- Experience in a blow molding manufacturing environment.
- Strong hands-on mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Solid experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Electrical troubleshooting experience with the ability to diagnose and resolve basic electrical issues. ( if not a red seal electrician)
- Experience with PLC-controlled production equipment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Hands-on leadership style and willing to work alongside the team when needed.

Highly Preferred

- Licensed 442A Industrial Electrician or 309A Electrician. but nor required.




- Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
