Position: Seasonal, On-Call
Location: Mississauga/Halton Region

Clintar Landscape Management is hiring dependable and hardworking Snow Removal Crew Members for the upcoming winter season. Crew Members will help maintain safe and accessible commercial properties during snow and ice events.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Shovel, clear and pile snow in designated and approved areas
- Apply salt and other de-icing materials as directed
- Clear sidewalks, entrances, walkways and other assigned areas
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly when called for a shift
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely snow removal
- Operate snow-removal equipment when trained and authorized (Snow Blowers)
- Follow all company health and safety procedures
- Wear all required personal protective equipment

Requirements

- Must be available 24/7 on call during snow and ice events, extended hours, including overnight shifts, weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required
- Snow removal experience is a definite asset




- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
- Ability to lift, shovel, bend and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in cold, snowy and icy conditions
- Dependable, punctual and able to respond promptly when called
- Previous snow-removal or landscaping experience is an asset
- Assist team leader in successful completion of assigned tasks as necessary
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence is an asset but not required for all positions
