Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering duties and processing payments efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Provide attentive customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly, offering menu recommendations, and ensuring a positive dining experience.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any service issues quickly.
- Assist in opening or closing procedures, including inventory checks and restocking supplies as needed.

Requirements

- Previous restaurant experience or food service background is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus.
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order entry and payment processing.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, serving protocols, and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, bill splitting, and inventory counts.
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while remaining friendly and approachable.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
