Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission, values, and business goals.
- Lead, coach, and support leaders, establishing clear expectations and accountability for operational, financial, and service outcomes.
- Monitor regional performance, and guide locations in developing and implementing improvement plans.
- Oversee budgets, review financial results, and support effective expense management and resource allocation.
- Promote consistent standards, share best practices, and assist with resolution of escalated concerns.
- Ensure locations comply with applicable legislation, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies, addressing gaps through timely corrective action.
- Conduct regular site visits.

- Proven ability to lead and develop site managers.
- Experience leading change, resolving complex operational challenges, and balancing competing priorities.
