About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. We are a medium-paced, full-service restaurant with a small team, offering a friendly and supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and established standards.
- Set up and organize the kitchen station before service.
- Maintain consistent food quality, portion sizes, and presentation.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely food service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures.
- Monitor food supplies and inform the supervisor when items need replenishing.
- Assist with food preparation, receiving deliveries, and kitchen closing duties as required.
- Minimize food waste and follow proper storage and labeling procedures.

Qualifications





- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen position is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety.
- Ability to work efficiently in a medium-paced, full-service restaurant.
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Reliable, organized, and able to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a small kitchen team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
