Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials, waxing, and eyelash extensions with precision and care
- Provide expert advice on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment options tailored to each client’s needs
- Conduct retail sales by recommending and upselling skincare products and services to maximize client satisfaction and business growth
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere, listening attentively, and addressing client concerns effectively
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and maintaining accurate records




- Promote additional services through effective upselling strategies while ensuring clients feel valued and informed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas in compliance with health regulations

Experience

- Previous experience as an Esthetician or in a similar skincare role is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is highly valued
- Skills in eyelash extensions application are highly desirable
- Strong retail sales experience with the ability to confidently recommend products and services
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and collaborate effectively with team members
- Ability to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently while providing exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of current skincare trends, techniques, and best practices is a plus
