Are you an experienced equipment operator looking for steady, well-organized winter work? The Jansen Group Ltd. is expanding its Snow & Ice Management Division and is looking for reliable Skid Steer, Loader, and Truck/Trailer Operators to join our team this season.

What You’ll Do:

- Operate skid steers, loaders (344L or equivalent and up), sanding trucks, and other snow equipment
- Safely load and unload equipment using proper work practices
- Perform seasonal sanding truck operations for parking lots and roadways
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs




- Accurately complete daily work-related documentation
- Work efficiently to clear snow and ice from lots, driveways, and walkways
- Follow all local health & safety laws and company safety protocols

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience with skid steers and/or loaders (344L or larger preferred)
- Experience with truck & trailer operation an asset
- Proven ability to work safely and efficiently in quick-paced conditions
- Flexibility—winter work is weather dependent, so being available on short notice is key
- Strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
