Store Clerk

Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise
- Process customer returns and exchanges
- Promote sales and upsell products to customers

Skills:
- Organizational skills to maintain a neat and orderly store layout
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating prices
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of technology sales to assist customers with electronic devices
- Fluent in English for effective communication with customers and colleagues
- Technical sales knowledge to provide product recommendations based on customer needs
- Cashiering experience to handle transactions accurately and efficiently
- Proficient in POS (Point of Sale)
