Job Summary

We need to cover couple of days every week on a regular basis. you can choose the days The Staff Pharmacist supports secure, effective medication use through patient-focused pharmacy services. The role includes reviewing medication orders, providing medication information, and collaborating with care teams to support treatment needs across hospital and acute care settings, including pediatrics.

Responsibilities

- Review medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential safety concerns; clarify issues with the care team.
- Support medication administration by providing clear guidance on medication use, handling, and monitoring.
- Apply medical terminology and clinical information when answering medication questions and documenting pharmacy activities.




- Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate patient care and promote consistent, timely medication support.

Skills

Required: Patient care capabilities, clear communication, and accurate use of medical terminology support safe medication review and administration guidance. Preferred: Hospital experience, acute care experience, and familiarity with pediatric care strengthen your ability to contribute across varied patient needs. Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18.0 per week
