Sales Representative – Film Equipment Rentals

Mississauga, ON ( minimum 4 days in-office with flexible field networking)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires a proactive approach to market analysis and customer engagement to ensure our products and services meet evolving client needs.

Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage your sales pipeline and track customer interactions
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients, showcasing the value of our offerings
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in CANADA, preferably within the film industry or in an outside sales environment
- Strong understanding of business development principles and account management strategies




- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms (highly desirable)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Must be able to speak English; French as a second language is a strong asset
- Must hold a valid full G driver’s license
- Must be available to work on-site at least 3 days per week
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving growth

Schedule

- Full time (40 hours per week)
- Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends for events and festivals
