These OEMs carry a high-quality reputation, so we are looking for a parts and service lead to uphold that and grow with us as a dealership! This position is available to start immediately.

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and pro-active Parts and Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in managing parts inventory, coordinating service activities, and ensuring seamless communication between departments and customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in dealership operations and customer service, with a basic level of equipment knowledge. The position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a new dealership, with plenty of room to grow. Hours will be 8:00 - 5:00 Mon-Friday, with the occasional Saturday morning during the spring and summer seasons.

Duties

- Manage parts inventory levels using dealership software, and maintain appropriate levels of stock inventory.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to parts availability, order status, or service scheduling.
- Maintain a high level of communication with customers, the sales department, and technicians, for seamless transactions.
- Assist with data entry related to inventory and service work orders.
- Utilise aftermarket alternatives to source and purchase parts and supplies.
- Support the service department by scheduling repairs, tracking work orders,



and ensuring timely completion of service tasks.
- Co-ordinate mobile "on the road" repairs between technician and the customer
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies during all operations.

Qualifications

- Previous parts department dealership experience, with preference given to candidates with a background in heavy equipment
- Strong computer skills, with the ability to navigate and utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook efficiently
- Knowledge of DIS Quantum dealership operating system is an asset
- Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Robust communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors, technicians, and customers.
- Strong ability to think and work independently
- Ability to operate forklifts or similar material handling equipment safely.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. This position plays a vital role in supporting our operational success through efficient parts management and exceptional customer service. - Compensation:

● $70,000 - $90,000 annually
