C$26/hour once you're on sales calls, plus a bonus for every customer you sign. Remote, Monday to Friday. Part-time to start, and we expect it to go full-time for closers who are closing deals.
Every call is with a business owner who's already been screened. No prospecting, no gatekeepers. On the call you play a live demo, and the owner's phone rings in real time while he listens. It does most of the selling for you.
Pay
- If you apply on or after November 3: training is paid at the minimum wage for your province. Your pay goes up to C$26/hour once you have worked 40 hours and are making sales calls yourself.
- C$25 per recent customer, C$50 each after 10 in a month
- C$30/hour after 90 days
Schedule
- Training: 9 am to 5 pm Pacific (12 to 8 pm Eastern)
- After training: from 8 am Pacific (11 am Eastern), about 30 hours a week
- The first 4 weeks are a paid trial
You need
- 1+ year of phone sales
- Clear, confident spoken English
- To live in Canada (outside Quebec) and be legally able to work here
