Pharmacist/Pharmacy Ownership Opportunity – Established Pediatric Clinic (Square One Area)

An established, high-volume pediatric medical clinic located in the Square One area is seeking an entrepreneurial pharmacist to open and operate an on-site or closely affiliated pharmacy. The clinic has been serving the community for over 15 years and sees approximately 65,000–70,000 patient visits annually. It operates seven days a week from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM and is staffed by 6–7 pediatricians and an allergist, with a practice focus primarily on acute pediatric care. The clinic is located in a highly dense and rapidly growing area surrounded by high-rise developments and a large newcomer population, creating strong and consistent demand for pharmacy services.

The pharmacy will benefit from an immediate built-in scripts base, with an estimated startup prescription volume of approximately 40–50 prescriptions per day generated directly from the clinic, in addition to prescriptions from the surrounding community. Potential to add family MD or NP. There is significant potential for further growth through pediatric, allergy, family, and community prescriptions over time.





This prospect offers free to low rent for the first few years to support startup and business growth. The successful candidate will own/co-own and operate their own independent pharmacy business while receiving full support and collaboration from a well-established medical clinic. The goal is to create a strong, integrated healthcare environment that improves continuity of care while allowing the pharmacy to develop its own identity and retain patient services and revenue within the clinic ecosystem.

While there are other pharmacies in the area, including one operating alongside a walk-in clinic, this opportunity provides direct alignment with a long-standing, high-volume pediatric practice and a stable, consistent referral stream.
