Lead platform programs at Motive using technical judgment, cross-functional execution, and structured roadmap leadership across engineering teams. As a Technical Program Manager, you will report to the VP of Platform Services Engineering. You will lead complex programs spanning infrastructure, developer tooling, cloud operations, SRE reliability, data pipelines, and core services. The work centers on aligning interdependent roadmaps, managing risks, and improving platform delivery at scale. Key Responsibilities:
Translate organizational priorities into executable program roadmaps Lead technical programs from definition through adoption Manage milestones, dependencies, decisions, and execution risks Build roadmap reviews, reporting, escalation,
and success metrics Drive executive reviews and cross-organizational communications Requirements:
Seven-plus years in technical or engineering program management Fifteen-plus years in the technology industry Technical fluency across architecture, delivery risks, and execution plans Experience leading ambiguous, multi-team programs with measurable impact Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience Bring platform program leadership, technical fluency, and measurable execution discipline to Motive’s engineering organization.
