We are a busy wellness spa seeking a Part-time Receptionist/Spa Attendant for evenings and weekends. Are you super meticulous, love organizing, cleaning and the spa environment? Do you want to contribute to helping others manage stress, improve physical and mental health?

Responsibilities

- To actively promote the spa, treatments, services to guests.
- To be knowledgeable about all the spa history, treatments and services.
- To provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all guest inquiries.
- To determine guest needs, provide specific focus and provide applicable recommendations.
- To take initiative for future reservations to maximize schedule.
- To promote gift-with-purchases and feature services.
- Maintain quiet spa space and skilled conversation at all times
- To assist guests and promote Sapphire Day Spa products and services
- To assist manager,



department leaders and director with daily tasks
- To assist spa attendants during peak periods and assigned shifts
- To enter and file all client forms and ensure confidentiality.
- To ensure proper paperwork is completed and reviewed prior to providing treatments.
- To oversee facility opening or closing
- To ensure the facility is ready for guests, treatment rooms ready and lounges meeting expectations.
- To help with housekeeping duties.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
