Line/ Prep Cook – FULL TIME

Summary of Responsibilities:

● Prepare and plate dishes for service, observing Med Grill's recipes and pre-determined portion sizes

● Work with and support the culinary team to produce high quality dishes consistently

● Assist in food tracking and storage controls





● Operate all kitchen equipment and always conduct yourself with safety in mind

● Making adjustments to safely accommodate guests with specific diet and health requirements

● Comply with all Food Protected and Work Safe BC regulations

The Chosen Applicant Will:

● Have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

● Must possess good attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure

● A minimum of 1 year experience working in a full-service restaurant

● Able to work in a fast-paced environment

We Offer:

● Flexible Schedules

Compensation:

● Rates will be negotiated based on the successful applicant’s qualifications and experiences

● $21-24 plus tips ($5+/hr)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 – 38.0 per week
