Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers at the front counter, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash and credit card payments.
- Serve baked items while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the front counter, ensuring a pleasant environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure productive customer service and satisfaction.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in food service and handling
- Proficiency in cashiering and cash handling
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Basic math skills for accurate transactions
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience with POS systems, preferably Micros POS
- Knowledge of food preparation and serving techniques
