Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating press brake machines to produce high-quality metal components. This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and proficiency with various machining and fabrication tools. The CNC Press Brake Operator plays a critical part in ensuring precision and efficiency in our production processes, supporting the creation of complex parts according to detailed blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

- Set up and operate CNC press brake machines for bending and forming metal sheets with precision.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine specifications.
- Program CNC press brakes using appropriate software, ensuring accurate adjustments for each job.
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting on CNC machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other hand tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Utilize additional manufacturing equipment such as CNC laser cutting, plasma cutting, CNC lathe, CNC milling machines, welding tools, cranes, and forklifts as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members on assembly processes when required.




- Follow safety protocols related to mechanical operation and material handling.

Requirements

- Proven experience operating press brake machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CNC programming and machine setup.
- Familiarity with CNC laser cutting, plasma cutting, CNC lathe, CNC milling machine, welding, and machining processes is highly desirable.
- Mechanical knowledge including the use of hand tools, calipers, and other measurement devices.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical drawings.
- Basic math skills necessary for precise measurements and calculations.
- Experience with crane operation and forklift driving preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality inspection standards.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $24.00-$25.00 per hour
