SRH Health & Wellness Clinic is a multidisciplinary health and wellness clinic located in Grimsby, Ontario. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Chiropractor to join our growing team of healthcare practitioners.

Our clinic is home to an existing team of professionals, including naturopathic and holistic practitioners, offering opportunities for professional collaboration and appropriate patient referrals.

Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments,



including relevant health histories and physical examinations.
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-informed chiropractic treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide appropriate chiropractic treatments and manual therapies within the professional scope of practice.
- Educate patients on posture, mobility, injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and musculoskeletal health.
- Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners when appropriate to support coordinated patient care.

Qualifications

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO), with authorization to practise.
- Maintain appropriate professional liability insurance.
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy, biomechanics, and chiropractic assessment and treatment techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient-care skills.
- Commitment to evidence-informed practice, patient safety, and qualified ethics.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high professional standards.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Newly registered chiropractors and experienced practitioners are welcome to apply.

Compensation

This is an independent contractor opportunity based on a 75/25 revenue-sharing arrangement, with 75% allocated to the practitioner and 25% retained by the clinic. There is no guaranteed hourly wage or fixed salary.
