As the GTA's go-to for Graffiti removal, we're doing what we can to keep Toronto clean by removing graffiti and restoring surfaces across the GTA.

We are looking for someone who likes hands-on work, cares about the finish and gets satisfaction from a productive day.

We are not looking for someone to babysit. You'll be part of a team, but working independently most days. A problem solver who asks good questions (once or twice, not ten times) will quickly earn trust and respect at Graffiti Buffer.

What you'll do

- Remove graffiti from brick, concrete, metal, glass and painted surfaces using the right method for each.

- Use pressure washing and cleaning equipment safely.

- Check your finished work, take before and after photos and complete a short site report.

- Treat clients, tenants and their property with care.

What we're looking for

- Reliability, punctuality and attention to detail.

- Pride in your work and ownership of the result.

- Comfort with physical, outdoor work.

- Experience is not required. If you're willing to learn, take direction well and care about doing the job properly, we can teach you the skills you need. Experience in painting, pressure washing, soft wash/exterior cleaning,



metal buffing or window cleaning doesn't hurt, though

What we're building

We believe in a "more for more" relationship with our team members. C and D players won't last, but we're building a company where reliability is recognized, and A players can grow with the business.

Pay is $22-$30 per hour, based on experience. Our plans include performance bonuses, advantages and opportunities for advancement as the company grows. We'll be clear during the hiring process about what's available now and what's still being developed.
