Senville is a retailer of heating and cooling products, including air conditioners and heat pumps. Based in Montreal, QC, Canada, Senville distributes and sells heating and cooling systems via e-commerce outlets, throughout the United States and Canada.

The BDM roll will have the opportunity to attract and grow independent partnerships within the assigned market area. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a business strategy that leads to the achievement of revenue targets in product categories to include residential unitary, ductless, and light commercial equipment.

The Business Development Manager’s responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

● Secure and develop relationships with contractors, dealers, commercial customers and wholesale distributors within the HVAC market space.

● Manage and coordinate activities with Senville HVAC sales teams to develop relationships, grow distribution, and provide product support and training in all market areas.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

● 3+ years outside sales experience and 5+ years related HVAC, business, and management experience.





● Ability to travel within Canada and the United States on occasions (trade shows)

● Skilled at relationship building and the business planning process with

contractors.

● Expert at presentations with the ability to inspire, persuade, and

motivate others.

● Motivated self-starter who can work independently while supporting key business and

leadership objectives.

● Sales, operational, and technical knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC

products

● Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
