The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes according to our established standards, ensuring efficiency and consistency in every plate served.

Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items with precision, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station, including proper food handling and storage
- Ensure all food safety protocols are followed to prevent contamination and ensure customer safety
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to guarantee optimal quality of dishes
- Restock supplies as needed and communicate inventory needs to management




- Serve food efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude towards guests

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Strong understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude
- Familiarity with meal preparation and food industry best practices
- Prior experience in serving or interacting with customers is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed
