Job Overview

We are seeking a Tax Administrative Assistant & Preparer to join our team. Reporting directly to our Front Office Manager, you will serve as a vital link between client customer service and tax production. This role is highly energetic, requiring a strong baseline of Canadian tax knowledge and experience preparing basic personal income tax returns (T1s).

This position offers a unique, seasonal lifestyle balance. You will be a crucial "all-hands-on-deck" team member during the busy tax season, where extended hours and overtime are required from February through April. In exchange for your hard work, you will enjoy a highly flexible, relaxed, and well-balanced schedule for the remaining months of the year.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Experience:

- Tax accounting: 3 years (preferred)
