**Open Positions:**

- **Host/Hostess:** Make the first impression special as you greet and seat our guests with a smile! You'll manage the flow of the restaurant, ensuring every guest feels welcome and is seated in a timely manner. Be the welcoming face of Phil’s, managing reservations, seating guests, and maintaining the warm, inviting atmosphere that makes every visit special.

**Key Responsibilities include:** (but are not limited to)

- Manage the flow of the dining area, ensuring guests are seated promptly and comfortably.

- Engage guests with warmth and professionalism from their arrival to their farewell.

- Support the serving staff by maintaining cleanliness and organization in the front-end spaces.

- Assist with guest inquiries and effectively manage the waitlist.

**Qualifications:**

- A passion for hospitality and a dedication to providing excellent service.

- Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive demeanor.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace and work as part of a team.

- Prior experience in a restaurant setting is a plus, but not required! We’re happy to train the right candidate who brings a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
