Responsibilities

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities, prospects, and partnerships.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, utilizing tools like Shopify, and Salesforce for tracking and analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that enhance brand visibility within the wholesale sector.
- Oversee account management activities, ensuring clients receive exceptional service, technical support, and tailored solutions.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions, optimize sales processes, and improve overall performance.

- Attend B2B conventions to foster new relationships with stores and generate sales.

Skills

- Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly within toys, tabletop gaming or related industries.
- Strong background in marketing strategies that drive wholesale growth.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrated success in wholesale sales, including outside sales roles involving direct client engagement.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing accounts and analyzing sales data.
- Technical sales experience that enables effective communication of complex product features to clients.
- Strong negotiation skills, capable of closing high-value deals while maintaining profitability.
- Business development expertise to identify opportunities for expansion and new revenue streams.
