We are hiring Flat Roofer based in Georgetown.

ABOUT THE POSITION

This position is based in Georgetown, with the majority of work performed throughout the GTA region. While occasional out-of-town assignments may be required, overnight travel is limited and not a regular part of the role. JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Inspect commercial roofing systems for leaks, damage, and deficiencies
- Diagnose roofing issues and determine appropriate repair solutions
- Perform repairs and maintenance on TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal, and other commercial roofing systems
- Apply sealants, patches, coatings, and waterproofing solutions
- Complete service documentation, inspection reports, and photographs




- Maintain company quality and safety standards on every project
- Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and team members
- Assist with emergency service calls and preventative maintenance programs
- Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are maintained in a protected and organized manner

REQUIREMENTS / CERTIFICATIONS

- Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing experience
- Experience with TPO roofing systems preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in the field
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work in various weather conditions
- Valid Working at Heights Certification
- Valid G Driver's License with a clean driving record

WORKING CONDITIONS

- Must be able to lift up to 35lbs.
- Must be able to work with push forces of up to 50lbs. or less.
- Must be able to work overtime as required.
- Must be able to use equipment; electrical pump truck.
- Job requires prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

- $25 per hour

SCHEDULE:

- Monday to Friday: Day, afternoon and Night shift
