Key Responsibilities
- Configure and integrate Vertex O Series with SAP S/4HANA for real-time tax calculation
- Set up tax codes, jurisdictions, and mapping between SAP and Vertex
- Work with business teams to gather tax requirements and ensure compliance
- Support end-to-end processes across SD (Order-to-Cash) and FI modules
- Perform unit testing, UAT support, and troubleshoot tax-related issues
- Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces and enhancements
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA (SD and/or FI modules)
- Hands-on experience with Vertex O Series integration and configuration
- Knowledge of indirect taxes (Sales & Use Tax, VAT, GST)
- Experience in system integration and testing
- Experience in S/4HANA implementation or migration projects
- Familiarity with North American tax regulations
- Prior experience in Vertex upgrades or support
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
