Seasonal Full-Time | December 2, 2026 to Mid-April 2027

Compensation: $19.00 per hour

A valid Class 5 Driver's Licence is mandatory for this position.

This role requires driving company vehicles in winter mountain conditions, including snow and ice. Applicants must be comfortable and confident driving in these conditions.

We are currently seeking a Seasonal Full time Janitor / Houseperson to join our team for the winter season.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Ensure the lodge, Loon Lagoon (pool and fitness facility), restaurant, banquet rooms, washrooms, hallways, and ski hill facilities are cleaned to a high standard daily.
- Clean offices and public areas including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, window cleaning, and garbage removal.
- Remove snow from building entrances and perform general outdoor cleaning duties.




- Follow all safety and sanitization procedures.
- Assist the housekeeping team by stripping rooms, stocking supply rooms, and loading carts and vehicles.
- Assist the accommodations team with general duties around the resort.
- Deliver linens and guest amenities to accommodations.
- Assist with housekeeping duties as required.
- Assist with Night Patrol shifts as required.
- Drive company vehicles safely in snow and winter conditions as required.
- Support other departments during busy periods as needed.

Qualifications:

- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (mandatory).
- Ability and willingness to drive company vehicles in snow and winter mountain conditions (mandatory).
- Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or related experience preferred.
- Good physical condition and ability to perform physically demanding work.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
