Bartender / Server

We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and highly experienced Bartender / Server to join our restaurant team.

A minimum of 5 years of skilled bartending and/or serving experience is required. We are seeking a dependable, knowledgeable hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and consistently delivers exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks.
- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive, and professional service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and offer menu recommendations.
- Provide full table service throughout the restaurant and bar.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and dining area.
- Process payments accurately using the restaurant's POS system.
- Verify customer identification and comply with Ontario liquor laws.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food service.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking duties.
- Follow all restaurant health, safety, and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in bartending and/or restaurant serving — mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and beverage preparation.
- Valid Ontario Smart Serve certification required.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tables and maintain excellent service during busy periods.




- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Experience operating restaurant POS systems and handling cash transactions.
- Knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.

We are seeking an experienced hospitality qualified who understands the importance of excellent service, teamwork, and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be confident behind the bar and on the restaurant floor, comfortable handling busy shifts, and capable of providing a consistently positive dining experience.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
