Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Driver Recruiter to join our team. This role is essential in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs for our clients . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition for light Industrial, forklift as well as office admin roles, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with potential candidates. You will play a key role in helping our clients by utilizing various recruiting strategies and tools and being creative to find qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding new hires for AZ, DZ and G license drivers.
- Ensure documentation is up to date and all CVOR's are reviewed
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the hiring process and maintain candidate records.
- Collaborate with business development managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and present suitable candidates to hiring managers.
- Occasionally visit clients on site and help them with any hiring challenges




- Develop training programs for current hires to ensure smooth onboarding and integration into the company culture.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition within a corporate environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with candidates at all levels. Hiring Truck Drivers is an asset.
- Experience in sales or a sales-oriented environment is a plus, as it enhances negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of training development processes is advantageous for onboarding new employees.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing candidate information effectively.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
