- For Employers: We provide end-to-end recruitment services to high-growth tech companies in the United States and Canada, including VC-backed startups from Seed to Series C, helping founders and hiring managers build core engineering teams. Core focus areas include SDE, FDE, Applied AI, and AI Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

- Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels via proactive outreach
- Create and manage job postings on social media platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, RedNote and Wechat
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews




- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and update candidate records and the recruitment pipeline (CRM/ATS)
- Research target companies and talent markets to support search strategies

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Sales or customer service experience is preferred
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Interest in technology, AI, or the recruitment industry is an asset
- Proficient in leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to streamline workflows and enhance productivity

Pay: $37,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
