Position Overview

We are seeking a charismatic, highly skilled Flair Bartender to join our team and elevate our guest experience. In this role, you will combine precision mixology with performance bartending, utilizing working flair, craft cocktail techniques, and showmanship to entertain guests while maintaining speed, cleanliness, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Performance & Entertainment: Perform safe, entertaining working and exhibition flair (juggling, tin spins, flips, pour tricks) during special events without compromising drink quality or ticket times.
- Mixology & Service: Prepare a wide range of signature craft cocktails, classic drinks, shooters, and draft pours adhering to venue recipes, portion control standards, and pour counts. Some events feature 1-2 signature drinks.
- Guest Engagement: Foster an upbeat, welcoming atmosphere; interact proactively with patrons, take orders accurately, and offer menu recommendations.
- Bar Operations: Set up, stock, and maintain flair-safe bartending stations with appropriate bar mats, shatterproof tools where required, fresh garnishes, and prep ingredients.
- Cash & POS Management: Accurately ring up orders, manage cash and credit transactions, and reconcile tabs using the venue's point-of-sale system.
- Safety & Compliance: Monitor patron alcohol consumption responsibly,



verify legal drinking age via valid ID checks, and ensure adherence to local liquor laws and food safety regulations.
- Sanitation: Maintain station cleanliness, wipe down surfaces, wash glassware, and complete opening/closing shift checklists.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of high-volume bartending experience, with demonstrated proficiency in working flair and exhibition flair.
- Mixology Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of classic cocktails, liquor categories, speed pouring, and bar tools.
- Showmanship & Stamina: High energy, exceptional stage presence, hand-eye coordination, and the physical endurance to stand, lift, and perform for extended shifts.
- Certifications: Valid SmartServe
- Communication: Solid interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle high-pressure, loud environments gracefully.

Preferred Qualifications

- Formal bar school training or flair bartending experience
- Experience with custom cocktail development and bar menu design.
