Position: Full-Time Dental Administrator

Experience: Minimum 1 year of dental administration experience

Schedule

- Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

- Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

- Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

- Alternating Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

What We're Looking For

- Minimum of 1 year of dental administration experience.

- Proficiency in scheduling, hygiene coordination, insurance submissions and predeterminations, insurance payment entry, and other administrative responsibilities.





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with patients, team members, and dental providers.

- Exceptional customer service skills and a patient-first mindset.

- A proactive approach, strong initiative, and a sense of urgency.

- A positive attitude and the ability to motivate and support the team in a fast-paced environment.
