Duties
- Prepare food and serve orders, following food safety and sanitation practices.
- Use POS systems, including CLOVER where applicable, to enter orders and complete cashiering and cash handling accurately.
- Assist customers, answer questions, and use appropriate upselling to support their choices.
- Keep the counter and kitchen areas clean, manage time across tasks, and use basic math to handle orders and transactions.
Requirements
Customer service, cashiering, cash handling, POS, basic math, and time management skills are important for serving customers and completing counter duties accurately. Preferred: Food service, restaurant, food industry, or kitchen experience; familiarity with CLOVER, serving, and upselling can help you contribute confidently.
