Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and results-driven Admissions Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will guide prospective students through the admissions process, manage inquiries, and support student recruitment and enrollment goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to prospective student inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person.
- Provide information about programs, admission requirements, tuition fees, and schedules.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Guide applicants through the admission process, including eligibility assessments and document collection.




- Maintain accurate student records and admissions documentation.
- Support student recruitment activities and achieve enrollment targets.
- Ensure compliance with Ontario Career College admission requirements.

Qualifications

- Experience in admissions, student recruitment, or enrollment advising.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong follow-up abilities and a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
