**About the Role**

We are seeking a Server to join our Front of House team at our Lake Louise location. In this role, you will be the face of our hospitality operation, delivering outstanding guest service while driving sales and creating positive experiences for our visitors. You will work in a dynamic, guest-focused environment where your attentiveness and interpersonal skills directly contribute to guest satisfaction and operational success.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Greet guests warmly and seat them according to service procedures
- Serve meals and beverages with attention to quality and presentation
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance the guest experience and encourage additional purchases
- Process payments and handle transactions with accuracy
- Respond promptly to guest requests and address concerns with courtesy and professionalism




- Collaborate with kitchen and support staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Uphold company standards for hospitality and guest engagement

**Qualifications**

- Strong sales and customer service skills with a genuine passion for guest interaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Reliability and a professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality setting
- Previous server or front-of-house hospitality experience is preferred
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to operational needs

Bartending Experience is an asset
