Job Overview
NA Snow Removal is a local residential snow removal company, and we’re building our crew for the winter season. As a Snow Removal & Outreach Crew Member, you’ll help us grow by getting our name out in the neighbourhood this fall, then keep our clients’ driveways and walkways clear and safe once the snow hits. This is a paid, hands-on role for someone who likes being active, working outside and showing up when it counts. No experience is needed, and we’ll show you everything you need to know.

Duties

- Distribute door flyers across assigned neighbourhoods to promote our services
- Represent NA Snow Removal in a friendly, skilled way when interacting with homeowners
- Shovel residential driveways, walkways and front steps after snowfalls
- Clear snow thoroughly and neatly to meet our quality standards
- Apply ice melt where needed to keep surfaces safe
- Follow your assigned route efficiently and report completed jobs
- Follow safety practices when working in cold and icy conditions

What We’re Looking For

- Reliable and punctual. Snow doesn’t wait, so neither can we.
- Available for early mornings and on short notice after snowfalls
- Physically fit and comfortable shoveling, walking and working outdoors for extended periods
- Comfortable with winter weather and dressing appropriately for it
- Friendly, respectful attitude when dealing with clients and neighbours
- Own transportation is an asset but not required
- Previous shoveling, landscaping or door-to-door experience is a plus but not required

Why Join Us

- $20/hour, well above minimum wage
- Flexible scheduling that works around school or other jobs
- Simple, straightforward work with a small, local team
- A chance to grow with the company as we expand

If you’re dependable, don’t mind the cold and want to earn solid money this winter, we want to hear from you. Apply by [(phone hidden).]

Pay: $16.65-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 20.0 per week
