As a Delivery Specialist, you will play an important role in creating an exciting and memorable experience for customers picking up their new vehicles. Working closely with our Sales team, you will prepare vehicles for delivery, demonstrate vehicle features and technology, and ensure customers feel confident and comfortable with their new purchase.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate vehicle deliveries with the Sales team, ensuring vehicles and necessary documentation are ready for customer pickup.
- Prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for delivery by completing inspections and confirming they meet dealership quality standards.
- Welcome customers and walk them through their new vehicle, highlighting important features, controls, and safety systems.
- Help customers get familiar with their vehicle’s features and technology, including Bluetooth, navigation, infotainment systems, and mobile apps.
- Follow up with customers after delivery to answer additional questions and ensure a positive ownership experience.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and complete required paperwork.
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Service, and Management to support dealership operations.
- Follow dealership policies and safety procedures.
- Assist with additional responsibilities as required to support dealership operations.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, technical support, or a similar role is considered an asset.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Record of Conduct is required.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence and Driver’s Abstract are required.

Hours of work: Monday-Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
